Delivery and Returns

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and seamlessly as possible.

  • Belgium and the Netherlands: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 2–5 business days, depending on the destination country.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. Please allow a few additional business days for delivery. If there is a significant delay regarding your order, we will contact you via email.

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to external shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping

Complimentary shipping on orders over €150.

For orders below €150, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order, as we are unable to change delivery addresses once an order has been placed.

While we do our best to ensure every order arrives safely, Knokke Collective is not responsible for products lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Returns

Not satisfied? No problem.

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.
You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request has been approved, we’ll provide you with the necessary instructions and return details, including where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your country of residence is outside Belgium, shipping times may be longer than expected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A €10 fee will be charged when generating a return label to help cover handling and return shipping costs.

As our pieces are produced in limited quantities,
we cannot guarantee availability for exchanges.

If your desired item is no longer available,
a refund will be issued instead.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, unless you’ve selected an alternative option such as an exchange. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If your return is not accepted, we’ll notify you by email and send the item(s) back to you.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
